The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in compensation analytics and a passion for data. You will contribute to the administrative, communication, and analytical aspects of Affirm's compensation programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in compensation or people analytics.
• Experience with compensation management systems, preferably Pave.
• Passion for data with strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end administration of compensation processes.
• Conduct annual compensation studies for market positioning.
• Assist with training and communications on compensation.
