Qualifications

• 7–10 years of compensation, HR operations, or related generalist experience in a large enterprise environment.
• Experience auditing HR data and identifying workflow automations.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR, business, or finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead compensation operations and cross-functional processes with accurate data and strong controls.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and automate compensation workflows.
• Manage annual compensation initiatives and cycles with stakeholder alignment and timelines.
• Partner with HRIS to optimize Workday and related systems.
• Develop and maintain compensation documentation, controls, and procedures.
• Supervise and mentor one Compensation Coordinator.
