Dow Jones in New York City is seeking a Compensation Analyst to advise People leaders on compensation strategy, programs, and pay decisions. You will leverage market data, internal pay insights, and business context to offer thoughtful recommendations that attract, motivate, and retain talent.

You will partner with HRBPs, Talent, Finance, and business leaders to deliver annual pay reviews, promotions, incentives, and other reward initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in compensation, HR, or a related field.
• Experience with market benchmarking, job evaluation, salary structures, pay equity, and compensation program administration.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret compensation data and turn insights into practical business recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Provide compensation guidance to HR and business leaders for pay decisions, promotions, and new hires.
• Analyze market benchmarks, internal pay data, and salary structures to assess competitiveness and equity.
• Develop and deliver compensation reporting and analytics for leadership to inform decisions.
