You’ll manage data in HRIS, assist with merit cycles, promotions, and benchmarking, and prepare reports for stakeholders. You will collaborate with People, Finance, Payroll, and HRIS teams to ensure accuracy, compliance, and scalable processes while maintaining strong controls.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Spreadsheet proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Analytical skills with both qualitative and quantitative data.
• Bachelor's degree in HR/Business/Finance preferred or equivalent combo.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day administration and operations of compensation programs, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Manage compensation-related data in HRIS and compensation systems.
• Assist with annual compensation processes: merit increases, promotions, incentives.
• Maintain and validate compensation data across systems, reports, and records.
• Prepare reports, audits, and data files for stakeholders, resolving discrepancies.
• Coordinate workflows and approvals per established policies.
