Job summary

Worldwide Flight Services (WFS) in the United States is seeking a Compensation Manager to provide guidance to internal clients and partner with HR on design, implementation, and administration of compensation programs aligned to the company’s strategy.

The role requires analyzing market data, maintaining career paths and job architecture, and ensuring internal equity while supporting annual pay processes and enterprise-wide market assessments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ compensation experience required.
• Ability to interact/collaborate with leaders and executives on compensation matters.
• Strong knowledge of compensation programs, market data and pay trends.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain clear career paths, job architecture and leveling frameworks.
• Guide preparation of job descriptions reflecting responsibilities and requirements.
• Analyze and evaluate new and revised jobs for grade level and FLSA status.
• Review pay change inquiries and provide guidance based on pay philosophy and market data.
• Perform ongoing market analysis and support enterprise-wide market assessments.
• Participate in building and maintaining compensation pay structures.
• Assist in annual performance management, incentive or salary increase programs.
• Design and build compensation metrics, reports, and tools.
