CLEAR is building the secure identity platform of the future. The Manager, Compensation & Equity will lead day-to-day administration of CLEAR’s broad-based compensation and equity programs, partnering with People, Finance, Legal and leadership to deliver market-competitive and scalable programs.

You’ll own equity administration, maintain Workday configuration, leverage AI tools to improve processes, and translate analyses into clear recommendations for senior leaders, while ensuring data

Qualificações

• 5+ years in broad-based compensation with equity experience.
• Strong modeling skills in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Experience with HRIS and equity platforms (Workday/Fidelity preferred).
• Ability to translate complex analyses into actionable recommendations.
• Discretion handling sensitive compensation and equity data.

Responsabilidades

• Lead compensation processes across offers, promotions, and market pricing.
• Own equity administration with grants, vesting, reporting, and inquiries.
• Administer compensation cycles including bonuses and equity planning.
• Maintain Workday compensation configuration and data integrity.
• Create clear resources to educate employees and managers.
• Leverage AI tools to improve analysis and efficiency.
• Collaborate with People, Finance, Legal and leadership.
