Job summary

You will analyze data, advise on salary offers, and partner with finance, payroll and HR to ensure accurate, timely rewards administration.

The role requires in-depth compensation knowledge, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of related experience.
• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, HR, Finance, Accounting or related discipline.
• Experience in the Oil and Gas Industry.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the development, implementation, management and administration of total rewards programs.
• Conduct ad hoc compensation data analysis, including interpret results, to review and recommend salary offers, identify trends and raise issues.
• Participate in compensation surveys and analyze external data market trends.
• Maintain and enhance the company’s Job architecture.
• Administer annual compensation processes including merit increases, incentive plans and salary structure updates.
• Maintain salary grades, ranges and compensation frameworks.
• Design reports and dashboards to enable fact-based compensation decisions.
• Partner with finance to ensure timely budgeting and accruals related to total rewards.
