Perma Pipe in The Woodlands, TX is seeking an experienced Total Rewards Analyst to support payroll, compensation, benefits, retirement, and recognition programs across the United States and Canada. You will blend analytical and administrative support for weekly payroll processing, benefits administration, reporting, and total rewards projects.

The role involves partnering with HR, Finance and external vendors to optimize rewards delivery, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive cost-containment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, finance, accounting, or related field.
• 5-8 years of progressive experience in payroll, compensation, benefits, HR analytics, or total rewards.
• Experience with HRIS/payroll systems; Paycom strongly preferred; Payworks preferred.
• Experience managing self-insured health insurance plans.
• Strong Excel skills: VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and data formulas.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. and Canadian payroll and benefits.
• Ability to synthesize raw claims and financial data into actionable insights.
• Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.

Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle weekly payroll processing using Paycom for U.S. employees and Payworks for Canadian.
• Audit payroll data for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare payroll reports and GL reconciliations.
• Design and administer self-funded health and welfare plans.
• Analyze claims data and cost trends to suggest cost-containment solutions.
• Manage vendor relationships with third-party administrators and brokers.
• Oversee renewals, plan budgeting, enrollment and communications.
• Maintain Paycom data integrity and develop HR reports.
• Support administration of U.S. 401(k) and Canadian RRSP plans.
• Travel up to 10% within North America.
