Job summary

Weatherford is seeking an Executive Compensation Analyst to support governance and analysis of compensation programs, including annual incentives, LTIs, and senior leadership pay. The role partners with HR, Finance, Legal, and external advisors to ensure market competitiveness, compliance, and alignment with our compensation philosophy.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical abilities, experience with executive compensation, equity administration, benchmarking, and regulatory reporting

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in executive compensation, equity administration, or related analytical discipline.
Experience supporting executive compensation programs and regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities

Assist in administration of executive compensation programs including base salary, STI and LTI.
Prepare analyses for compensation reviews, appointments, promotions, and retention awards.
Maintain executive compensation records and governance documentation.
Support equity compensation programs (RSUs, PSUs) and grant processes.
Coordinate data gathering with Legal, Finance, Payroll, and external advisors.
Develop disclosures for the Compensation Committee and proxy statements.
