Job summary

Austin Powder is seeking a Detail-oriented Total Rewards Analyst to support our compensation, benefits, and payroll programs. This role ensures employee programs and data are administered accurately, consistently, and efficiently.

You will collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, employees, and vendors in a multi-discipline Total Rewards environment, expanding experience across compensation, benefits, and payroll operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 2–4 years in compensation, benefits, payroll, HR operations, HRIS, or related analytics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, lookups, pivot tables, filters, and data reconciliation.
• Experience handling confidential employee, compensation, benefits, or payroll information.

Responsibilities

• Prepare compensation reports, market position, and budget utilization.
• Support annual merit, wage increase, incentive, and compensation planning processes.
• Review compensation changes for accuracy and alignment with guidelines.
