Job summary

Arvato in Waltham, MA is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Analyst to support the administration and ongoing maintenance of U.S. compensation and benefits programs.

You will provide analytical support, data reporting, and day-to-day operational assistance across compensation and employee benefits activities. You will ensure programs are competitive and compliant, deliver accurate information to employees, and partner with Payroll, HRIS, Finance, and external vendors to resolve issues in a timely

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 3+ years in compensation, benefits, HR operations, or HR analytics.
• Experience with HRIS systems and handling confidential data.
• Experience in a multi-state environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer salary structures, pay evaluations, and pay grades with data accuracy.
• Lead annual compensation processes including merit increases and salary planning.
• Conduct market pricing and benchmarking using surveys and market data.
• Support pay equity analyses and document findings.
• Prepare standard compensation reports and dashboards for decisions.
• Assist with benefits administration across medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans.
• Coordinate open enrollment activities and vendor communications.
• Maintain HRIS data accuracy and perform routine audits.
