Job summary

Arvato in Medley, Florida, is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Analyst to join our U.S. team. The role focuses on administering salary structures, benefits programs, data reporting, and ensuring programs are competitive and compliant.

You will partner with Payroll, HRIS, Finance, and vendors to maintain data accuracy, support open enrollment, and drive process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• CCP/CBP/CEBS or similar certification preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in compensation, benefits, HR operations, or HR analytics.
• Experience working with HRIS systems and handling HR data with confidentiality.
• Experience in a multi-state environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain salary structures, pay evaluations, and pay grades with data accuracy.
• Manage annual compensation processes including merit increases, bonus administration, and salary planning cycles.
• Conduct market pricing and benchmarking using compensation surveys and available data.
• Support pay equity analyses and prepare reports and documentation.
• Prepare standard compensation reports and dashboards for internal decision-making.
• Maintain compensation data in HRIS and perform routine audits and data reconciliations.
• Assist with benefits administration across medical, dental, vision, life, FSAs, leaves, disability, and retirement plans.
• Lead open enrollment activities and coordinate with vendors and employees.
