Responsibilities

• Administers the compensation function to promote an effective, equitable, and competitive compensation program for Health System staff.
• Assists leaders with interpretation and administration of policy.
• Advises managers to ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Builds analytics around pay parity and distribution.
• Conducts market research and analysis to derive insights.
• Partners with HRBPs, Recruiters, and Managers on compensation using data-driven approaches.
• Develops recommendations for compensation programs and implements changes.
• Drives annual compensation planning, including salary and equity plan design and leader communication.
• Ensures compliance with FLSA, DOL, ERISA, FMLA, ADAAA, COBRA.
• Exhibits strong communication and presentation skills (verbal, listening, written).
• Partners with HR and Operations to deliver HR reporting and trend analysis.
• Collaborates with recruiting on offers, market trends, decline analysis.
• Maintains job descriptions and leads job analysis.
