Community Health Network is seeking a Compensation Analyst to support the design, administration, and continuous improvement of our compensation programs. The role focuses on data-driven insights to promote fair, competitive pay practices and to attract, retain, and engage caregivers.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required; combination of education and related experience will be considered in lieu of education.
• Three or more years of experience in compensation, HR analytics, finance, or related field required.
• Preferred certifications include CCP, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR.
• Experience supporting compensation survey management, market pricing, benchmark maintenance, and market data governance.
• Knowledge of compensation program administration, including merit increases, market reviews, incentive plans, salary structures, job evaluation, and job architecture.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct compensation analyses and manage market data to inform pay decisions.
• Support program administration and provide data-driven insights to attract, retain, and engage caregivers.
• Develop and maintain compensation dashboards, reports, and workforce analytics; partner with HRIS and stakeholders to improve processes, reporting, and data quality.
• Contribute to compensation strategy, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness projects.
