TalentoHC partners with a leading organization to hire a Compensation Analyst who will help administer and analyze compensation programs, conduct market pricing, and support annual compensation planning.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of compensation experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with HRIS systems. This role collaborates with HR partners and finance to ensure competitive, equitable, and compliant pay programs.

Formación

• 1-2 years of compensation experience including market pricing, job benchmarking, salary structures, or compensation analysis.
• Working knowledge of compensation concepts: salary ranges, compa-ratios, internal equity, and job evaluation.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Google Sheets proficiency preferred.
• Analytical skills with large data sets and trend identification.
• Attention to detail, organization, and communication; ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Discretion and confidentiality with sensitive compensation data.
• Experience with an HRIS or compensation system is a plus.
• Experience in global or multinational compensation programs is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, Economics or related field preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct market pricing and benchmarking for new and existing roles using surveys and market data.
• Evaluate and classify positions using job architecture, grades, salary ranges, and titles.
• Analyze compensation for hires, promotions, transfers, and pay adjustments considering market and equity.
• Support annual compensation planning including merit increases, salary reviews, incentives, and audits.
• Participate in compensation surveys and analyze results.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc compensation reports and cost analyses.
• Support pay equity, transparency, and compliance by analyzing data for disparities.
• Maintain compensation data within HRIS and related systems; assist with audits and improvements.
• Partner with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and Finance on data and communications.
