Job summary

Worldwide Flight Services is seeking a Compensation Analyst II to design, analyze, and administer compensation programs. You will perform market pricing, job evaluations, and data-driven recommendations to support talent decisions and regulatory compliance.

Collaborate with HR, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to ensure competitive and equitable pay. Requires 2+ years in compensation or related fields, and strong Excel/data analytics skills.

Qualifications

Requires 2+ years in compensation, HR, finance, analytics, or related field.
Experience with compensation surveys and market-pricing methodologies.
Ability to interpret data and present clear recommendations.
Strong Excel and data analytics skills.

Responsibilities

Conduct market pricing analyses using salary survey data.
Evaluate jobs and determine compensation levels based on equity and competitiveness.
Analyze compensation trends and advise on base pay, incentives, and total rewards.
Support administration of compensation structures, pay ranges, and job classifications.
Prepare compensation reports and analytics for leadership.
