Responsibilities

• Gather and organize compensation data, including salary surveys and internal info.
• Analyze data to identify trends and provide insights for decision-making.
• Create and maintain accurate job descriptions reflecting incumbents' duties.
• Support salary review processes and determine exempt/nonexempt classifications.
• Conduct market research on compensation trends to keep packages competitive.
