Job summary

TPIS is seeking a Compensation Analyst in San Juan, PR to guide compensation administration and data-driven decision making. You will collect, analyze, and maintain compensation data, supporting salary reviews and job descriptions across the organization.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and at least two years of compensation experience, with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills and English proficiency. This is a full-time, on-site position in San Juan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in HR, Labor Relations, Business Admin, or related field.
• At least 2 years of professional compensation experience.
• Proficiency with Excel; ability to analyze data and present results.

Responsibilities

• Collects and analyzes compensation data from salary surveys and internal sources.
• Prepares and presents reports on job and compensation analyses for management.
• Maintains accurate job descriptions for positions within the organization.
• Supports salary review processes and determines appropriate salary ranges.
• Ensures compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations.
