MCS Healthcare Holdings, LLC is seeking a Compensation Analyst to guide the administration and operations of compensation programs, research job requirements, and maintain data to keep the company competitive.

You will analyze data, prepare reports, create job descriptions, participate in salary reviews, and ensure compliance with labor laws, while using compensation software and Excel to manage information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Employee Relations, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least two (2) years of proven work experience related to compensation administration and job analysis.

Responsabilités

• Gathers and organizes compensation data, including salary surveys and internal salary information.
• Analyzes data to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies; prepares summary reports.
