Job summary

Alcanza is seeking a Compensation Analyst to support design, administration, and maintenance of compensation programs across multiple sites. The role focuses on market data analysis, salary review processes, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and Puerto Rico wage laws.

This part-time position (25 hours per week) reports to the HR department and collaborates with business leaders to provide guidance on pay decisions, merit adjustments, and budget tracking.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of compensation, finance, or related analytical experience, or equivalent.
• Experience in compensation analysis, pay equity, market pricing, or salary structure administration is preferred.
• Familiarity with federal, state, and Puerto Rico wage and hour requirements and FLSA guidance.

Responsibilities

• Support compensation programs, salary structures, and pay guidelines.
• Conduct market pricing and analysis using survey data and benchmarks.
• Review job descriptions and classify positions with correct exemptions and salary ranges.
• Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and leaders to advise on pay decisions and bonuses.
• Assist with annual compensation planning, merit reviews, and budget tracking.
• Maintain compensation data and audit for accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare reports and summaries on trends and risks.
