Job summary

Worldwide Flight Services in Dallas, TX is seeking a Compensation Analyst II to design, administer, and analyze compensation programs. You will conduct market pricing, evaluate jobs, and ensure internal equity and external competitiveness across our global operation.

You will partner with HR, Finance, and leadership to provide data-driven insights for merit, bonus planning, and total rewards. A Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years' experience plus advanced Excel are required.

Qualifications

• Design and maintain market pricing and job evaluation processes.
• Analyze compensation data and support annual merit and bonus cycles.
• Ensure internal equity and external competitiveness across programs.
• Experience with HRIS systems and data visualization is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market pricing analyses using salary survey data.
• Evaluate jobs and assign appropriate compensation levels.
• Monitor trends and recommend base pay, incentive pay, total rewards.
• Support administration of structures, pay ranges, and job classifications.
• Prepare analytics and communicate findings to leadership.
