Job summary

Daikin Comfort in Texas seeks a compensation professional to support compensation programs, policies, and processes aligned with company strategy and governance. You will help ensure cost-effective implementation and ongoing support while responding to evolving business needs.

The role involves policy guidance, strategy deployment, job evaluation support, reporting, HRIS/SharePoint maintenance, and participation in benchmarking activities to maintain competitive compensation practices.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of compensation or finance experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance or business preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in Excel, SharePoint and HR Technologies.
• Knowledge of fundamental HR concepts, practices, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provides Compensation policy guidance and interpretation.
• Implements strategy and goals/objectives for compensation.
• Assists in the development and implementation of compensation policies and procedures and their dissemination.
• Supports job evaluation and annual review of organization job leveling.
• Prepares reports and maintains records.
• Supports maintenance of job code table in HRIS and job description library in HR SharePoint.
• Assist in the administration of company programs such as employee recognition.
• Develops knowledge of legal requirements to reduce legal risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Conducts external benchmarking activities within functional area, including participation in salary surveys.
• Participates in the delivery of functional training.
• Ensures equitable program adherence across different business units and teams.
• Perform additional projects/duties to support ongoing business needs.
