Job summary

ATI in Dallas, TX is seeking a Compensation Analyst to support the analysis, administration, and continuous improvement of compensation programs. This role partners with HR Business Partners, Finance, Payroll, HRIS, and other stakeholders to support compensation decisions across ATI.

This role is located at our corporate headquarters in Dallas, TX. This position emphasizes data integrity, analytical modeling, and the development of salary structures and guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in HR, business, finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in compensation administration and/or analysis.
• Experience handling confidential compensation data with strong data integrity.
• Advanced Excel skills: large data sets, formulas, lookups, pivot tables, reporting.

Responsibilities

• Analyze compensation data to support salary recommendations and internal equity.
• Assist with annual merit, incentive, and long-term incentive programs within timelines.
• Develop and maintain compensation reports, models, and tools for leadership.
• Support development of salary structures and compensation guidelines.
• Collaborate with HR, finance, payroll, HRIS, and other stakeholders on compensation decisions.
