Job summary

Daikin Comfort is seeking a Business Process Analyst to support engineering and cross-functional teams with data analysis, KPI reporting, and process documentation to drive continuous improvement. You will lead data gathering with process owners, track milestones, develop dashboards, and communicate findings to management.

On-site role located in Texas; requires a 4-year degree and 1–2 years of related experience.

Qualifications

• 4 year degree or equivalent in business or related field.
• 1–2 years in data gathering/analysis, project coordination or project management.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and teams.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and map/improve business processes through data analysis.
• Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards and management reports.
• Track milestones, action items, risks and deliverables for projects.
• Collaborate with engineers and department leads to drive progress.
• Document processes and communicate changes to stakeholders.
• Provide status updates and support continuous improvement initiatives.
