Job summary

Mission Pet Health is seeking a Compensation Analyst to design, analyze, and administer compensation programs across a national network of veterinary hospitals. You will partner with Total Rewards leadership, People Solutions, Talent Acquisition, and HRBPs to ensure equity, regulatory compliance, and alignment with business strategy.

The role requires hands-on experience with HCM platforms (Dayforce preferred), data integrity, and market benchmarking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• A minimum of three years of experience in compensation analysis or HR analytics.
• Experience managing pay grades, pay structures, performance cycles, and annual merit cycles with an HCM platform. Dayforce experience strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of compensation principles, benchmarking methodologies, and relevant regulations (e.g., FLSA).
• Proficiency with compensation survey platforms and HR data tools.
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, modeling).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy, especially with sensitive data.
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Support the design, administration, and maintenance of compensation programs.
• Conduct market pricing and benchmarking analyses for new and existing roles.
• Maintain compensation structures within the HRIS, including pay grades and ranges.
• Administer and support annual compensation cycles, including merit increases and bonuses.
• Ensure data accuracy and troubleshoot issues within the HCM system.
• Analyze compensation data, trends, and cost impacts to inform recommendations.
• Participate in compensation survey submissions and interpret results across markets.
