Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher and two years of Human Resources experience.
• Ability to develop procedures in complex assignments.
• Human Resources Certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supports the design and administration of compensation programs.
• Analyzes pay data and conducts market pricing.
• Provides advice and guidance on compensation programs.

Skills

Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

Strong analytical skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Knowledge of compensation plans

Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Education

Bachelor’s degree or higher and two years of Human Resources experience

Associate’s degree and four years of Human Resources experience
