Job summary

TSMC Arizona is seeking a Compensation Analyst to analyze compensation data, generate reports, and identify trends in salary distributions and bonuses. The role will create structured frameworks to estimate financial impact of proposed changes using cost models for new pay programs.

You will collaborate with HR, finance, and leadership, handling STI/LTI accruals and ensuring alignment with local market standards and the company's internal structures.

Qualifications

• Master's or foreign equivalent in HRIS, Business Analytics, HR, or related field.
• Alternative: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in same fields plus 2 years of related HR experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed reports for compensation strategies including STI, LTI, merit increases and promotions.
• Generate headcount reports to track distribution across departments, levels and pay grades.
• Analyze compensation against FLSA classifications and market benchmarks.
• Conduct quarterly headcount analyses to ensure pay practices meet standards.
• Manage accruals for STI and LTI and coordinate with finance for budgeting and compliance.
• Review salary offers for home and host country assignees to ensure market alignment.
