Job summary

Petco Highland Park Hospital in Saint Paul, MN seeks a Credentialed Veterinary Technician to support Vetco Total Care patients and provide compassionate client service. You will assist veterinarians with exams, surgeries, dentistry, and anesthesia, record medical history, and help manage medications and lab work.

We require a completed credential and at least 1 year of veterinary experience; strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Credentialed Veterinary Technician required, state credentialed.
• Excellent communication and client service skills expected.
• Minimum 1 year of veterinary technician experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and patients, obtain vitals and history in EMR.
• Assist veterinarians with exams, surgery, dentistry, and anesthesia.
• Handle medications, prepare patients for procedures, monitor during recovery.
• Maintain records, inventory, and client communications.
