Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be a Credentialed Veterinary Technician as required by the state.
• At least 1 year of experience in a veterinary practice.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and patients and escort to exam room.
• Assist veterinarians with routine and emergency care.
• Restrain patients and collect samples for testing.
• Maintain electronic medical records and client communication.
• Prepare patients for surgery and monitor anesthesia as directed.
• Keep hospital clean and stocked and assist at front desk as needed.
