Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of veterinary experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Compassionate, calm, and team-oriented approach to client and patient care.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a busy environment.
• Computer proficiency and the ability to learn new systems and technology.
• Proactive, dependable attitude with a desire to develop knowledge and skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and patients with a friendly, professional attitude and maintain a clean, organized reception area.
• Answer calls and emails, respond to questions, and direct concerns to the veterinary team.
• Schedule appointments efficiently while supporting daily workflow.
• Check clients in and out, process payments, and ensure a smooth experience from start to finish.
• Provide compassionate emotional support to clients during difficult situations.
