Sunshine Animal Hospital in Tampa, FL seeks a Receptionist to join a long-standing, full-service practice that treats every patient like family. You will be the face of the hospital, managing a multi-line phone system, greeting clients with warmth, and ensuring compassionate care in a busy environment.

You will maintain medical records, schedule appointments, and process transactions, while educating clients on preventive care and available services to support patients and their families.

Qualifications

• Passion for excellent customer service and love for animals.
• Exceptional communication and ability to handle stressful situations with calm and good judgment.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative, team-first mindset; able to work independently or with guidance.
• Experience with veterinary software is preferred; weekend/holidays availability required.

Responsibilities

• Be the Director of First Impressions: manage a multi-line phone system, greet clients, and reflect compassionate care.
• Ensure Seamless Care Coordination: maintain medical records, manage appointments, and handle transactions.
