Responsibilities

• Greet clients at entry with warm eye contact and professional acknowledgement.
• Speak clearly, slowly, and calmly in person and on the phone.
• Assess each client and pet on arrival to determine needs and potential emergencies.
• Determine whether an arrival is a 'stat' or 'standard' emergency and respond accordingly.
• Ensure complete and accurate client information and explain prep for appointments or ER visits.
• Provide emotional support and resources to grieving clients in a discreet manner.
• Act as liaison between clients and service agencies during pet remains handling.
