• Experience with veterinary software preferred; weekend/holiday availability required.

Responsabilités

• Be the Director of First Impressions: manage a multi-line phone system, greet clients, and reflect compassionate care.
• Ensure seamless care coordination: maintain accurate medical records, manage appointments, and handle payments.
• Advocate for pet health: educate clients on preventative care and hospital services.
• Provide a calming, empathetic presence for clients and pets.
