Orchard Park Animal Hospital in Whitehouse, TN is seeking a friendly receptionist to join our AAHA-accredited practice. You will greet clients, answer phones, manage appointments, and handle payments while promoting compassionate care for every pet.

We value professional development and a collaborative team culture. Some weekends/holidays may be required as part of a flexible schedule to support patient care and clinic operations.

Qualificações

• Excellent customer service and a genuine love for animals.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to manage stressful situations with good judgment and a positive attitude.
• Good organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative, team-first mindset and ability to work independently and with direction.
• Experience with veterinary software is preferred; flexible schedule including some weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Be the Director of First Impressions: manage a multi-line phone system, greet clients with a positive attitude and reflect compassionate care.
• Ensure Seamless Care Coordination: maintain medical records, manage appointment schedules and handle financial transactions.
• Advocate for Pet Health: educate clients on preventative care and hospital services to ensure optimal care.
