Mission Pet Health in New York is seeking a friendly receptionist to be the Director of First Impressions. You will manage a multi-line phone system, greet clients with warmth, and ensure every interaction reflects compassionate care.

You will help coordinate care by maintaining patient records, scheduling appointments, and handling payments, while educating clients on preventive services to keep pets healthy.

Qualifications

• Customer service-focused with empathy for clients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with veterinary software is preferred; flexibility to work some weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities
