Qualifications

• Experience with veterinary software preferred; flexible schedule including some weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Be the Director of First Impressions: manage a multi-line phone system, greet clients warmly, and reflect compassionate care in every interaction.
• Ensure seamless care coordination by maintaining accurate medical records, scheduling appointments, and handling financial transactions.
• Advocate for pet health by educating clients on preventative care and available hospital services.
• Demonstrate empathy and respect, providing a calming presence for clients and treating each pet as your own.
