Denton Veterinary Center is seeking a friendly receptionist to be the Director of First Impressions and support smooth daily operations at our Denton, TX clinic. You will manage a multi-line phone system, greet clients warmly, coordinate appointments, and assist with financial transactions to ensure efficient patient flow.

The role emphasizes compassionate client communication, collaboration with team members, and contributing to high-quality pet care. Some weekends/holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and a genuine love for animals are required.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to manage stressful situations.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Be the Director of First Impressions: manage a multi-line phone system, greet clients with a positive attitude, and ensure compassion reflects our care.
• Ensure Seamless Care Coordination: maintain accurate records, manage appointment schedules, and handle financial transactions to keep the hospital running smoothly.
• Educate clients on preventative care and hospital services to ensure pets get the best care possible.
• Provide empathetic, calm support to clients and treat each pet with care.
