Mission Pet Health is seeking a friendly receptionist to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for clients, manage a multi-line phone system, greet visitors with compassion, and help keep the front desk running smoothly.

You will coordinate care by scheduling appointments, updating medical records, processing payments, and guiding clients on wellness services. A passion for animals and strong communication are essential in a fast-paced, supportive clinic environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with veterinary software; flexible schedule including some weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Be the Director of First Impressions: manage a multi-line phone system, greet clients.
• Ensure Seamless Care Coordination: maintain records, manage appointments, handle transactions.
• Advocate for Pet Health: educate clients on preventative care.
