Job summary

Mission Pet Health is seeking a receptionist to become a welcoming face for clients at our Fort Mill, SC location. You will manage a multi-line phone system, greet clients, and help coordinate care and finances for daily operations.

Ideal candidates show a passion for animals, strong communication, and teamwork. Experience with veterinary software is preferred, and a flexible schedule including some weekends and holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• Passion for customer service and love for animals.

Responsibilities

• Be the Director of First Impressions: manage a multi-line phone system, greet clients, and reflect compassionate care.
• Ensure seamless care coordination: maintain accurate medical records, manage appointments, and handle financial transactions.
• Educate clients on preventive care and hospital services to support pet wellness.
• Demonstrate empathy and professionalism, treating every pet like your own.
