Responsibilities

• Greet and check in clients and patients, verify and update medical records, and confirm appointment details.
• Answer and manage a multi-line phone system and respond to scheduling, refills, vaccination records, and hospital inquiries.
• Process client payments, post charges, and schedule follow-up appointments.
