Well Pets Veterinary Clinic and After Hours Urgent Care in Irmo, SC is seeking a friendly receptionist to be the director of first impressions. You will manage a multi-line phone system, greet clients with a warm, professional manner, and ensure every interaction reflects compassionate care.

You will coordinate care by maintaining accurate medical records, handling appointment scheduling and payments, and educating clients on preventative services.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles preferred in a veterinary setting.
• Excellent communication and a calm, empathetic demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule including weekends/holidays.
• Experience with veterinary software preferred.
