Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in clients and patients, update medical records, and confirm appointments using PM software.
• Answer multi-line calls and assist with scheduling, refills, vaccination records, and hospital information.
• Process client checkout, payments, charges, invoices, and follow-up appointments.
