Animal Hospital of East Davie in Advance, NC seeks an outgoing Client Service Representative to be the welcoming face of our boarding and grooming facility. You will manage appointments, daily patient flow, and multi-line phones while delivering compassionate service to clients.

This full-time role offers a set schedule, $15–$17 per hour, a strong benefits package, and opportunities to support care from wellness visits to urgent care, boarding, and grooming through our Davie Dog House.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a customer service, reception, or client-facing role.
• Previous veterinary front-desk or healthcare environment preferred.
• Experience with boarding or grooming facilities is a plus.
• Proficiency with multi-line phone systems and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and serve as the welcoming face at the front desk.
• Schedule appointments, coordinate calendars, and manage daily flow.
• Answer phones, assist in-person clients, and handle transactions.
• Provide information about services including wellness, urgent care, boarding, and grooming.
