Job summary

Raleigh Community Animal Hospital is seeking a Veterinary Receptionist to provide outstanding front-desk service in a busy, multi-doctor practice. You will be the first point of contact for clients, helping with appointments and patient flow.

You will answer calls, schedule appointments, greet clients, review invoices or discharge instructions, and maintain essential paperwork to support a smooth, patient-centered operation. Weekend availability is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles in a service environment.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs as part of daily duties.
• Regular on-site presence is required to support patient care and operations.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and schedule appointments.
• Greet clients and review invoices or discharge instructions.
