Shelton Veterinary Center in Shelton, CT seeks a compassionate Client Service Representative to support our Rarebreed clinic team and deliver outstanding client experiences. You will manage calls and appointments, greet clients, and assist with patient records using modern tools in a collaborative setting.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience as veterinary receptionist preferred but not required.
• Must be a team player with compassion for pets and people.
• Strong ability to manage client communications and basic office tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Answers telephone calls quickly and professionally on a multi-line system.
• Greets clients warmly and prepares patient files.
• Receives, relays client correspondence and updates financial records.
• Answers basic animal care questions and routine procedure inquiries.
• Educates clients on over-the-counter products like flea preventives.
• Admits patients and records medical information accurately.
• Prepares client invoices and processes payments.
• Handles messages from calls, faxes, and emails promptly.
