• Receive and relay client correspondence; update financial records.
• Answer inquiries on basic animal care and routine procedures.
• Educate clients on flea and tick prevention products.
• Admit patients and record medical entries accurately.
• Prepare client invoices and process payments.
• Handle messages via telephone, fax, and email promptly.
