Del Norte Animal Clinic in Albuquerque is seeking an outgoing Veterinary Receptionist / Client Service Representative to be the welcoming face of our hospital. You will create exceptional client experiences, manage appointments and daily patient flow, and handle multi-line phones with in-person interactions.

Ideal candidates are friendly, detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrive in a team-focused customer service environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a customer service, reception, or client-facing role.
• Previous veterinary receptionist or healthcare-related front-desk experience preferred.
• Proficiency in managing a multi-line phone system and assisting in-person clients.
• Experience using veterinary practice management software is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, compassionate client service.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Greet clients and act as the welcoming face of the hospital.
