NVA General Practice in Albuquerque, NM seeks a friendly Customer Service Representative to greet clients, book and confirm appointments, answer questions, and handle payments and records with care.

The role involves coordinating with veterinarians and technicians, maintaining a clean clinic space, and upholding confidentiality. Experience in a veterinary setting is preferred; bilingual skills are a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Veterinary Clinic or animal care setting.
• Knowledge of common veterinary terminology and services.
• Bilingual is a plus - not required.
• Ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time.
• Comfort working around animals of varying sizes and temperaments, including exotic animals.
• Emotional resilience when dealing with injured, sick, or grieving pets and their owners.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and patients warmly in person and over the phone.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments efficiently.
• Answer questions regarding clinic services, procedures, pricing, and policies.
• Process payments, invoices, and insurance documentation accurately.
• Maintain accurate client and patient records.
• Triage incoming calls, e-mails, and messages.
• Coordinate communication between veterinarians, technicians, and clients.
• Maintain clinic aesthetics by keeping a clean, organized, and welcoming space.
• Adhere to clinic policies, procedures, and confidentiality requirements.
