Job summary

Abqpetcarehospital is seeking a friendly front desk team member to greet clients, answer questions, and help check in and out patients. You will manage appointments, process payments, and maintain clean and orderly reception areas.

You will handle mail and email, document client information in our practice management software, and escalate more complex matters to senior staff. A minimum of one year veterinary experience is required.

• Processes incoming and outgoing patients.

• Monitors client waiting area to ensure cleanliness.
• Documents and maintains client information in practice management software.
• Escalates complex matters to senior staff.
