Job summary

UPMC Presbyterian Hospital is seeking a Part-Time Patient & Family Concierge (PFC) in the Transplant ICU to support patients, families, and clinical staff with bedside, stocking, and administrative tasks. You will greet and escort patients, assist with transport and meals, and maintain organized spaces.

The role runs 24 hours per week on two 12-hour shifts, from 9am to 9pm, with weekend and holiday availability. This is a non-clinical position focused on improving the patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and escort patients and visitors.
• Assist with patient transport, meal delivery, and supply replenishment.
• Maintain clean, organized spaces and report maintenance needs.
• Answer phones, respond to call lights, and provide non-clinical assistance.
